Growing up, I knew from a young age that my passion was in sports. I always joke that when my peers were reading fantasy novels in school, I was consumed in the 2005-06 NBA statistics almanac, marveling at how Allen Iverson averaged 33 points per game. I always knew I wanted to pursue a career in sports, particularly sports broadcasting.

I graduated from Marquette University, which is just about a 20 minute drive from where I grew up in Brookfield, WI. I studied Journalism and Digital Media, whilst active with student media and internships with several organizations.

At Marquette I broadcasted men's and women's basketball, men's and women's soccer, and women's volleyball as the play-by-play commentator. My commentary for Marquette women's volleyball against High Point University won first place at the Midwest Broadcast Journalists Awards.

In 2019 I accepted a position as the digital video intern for the Milwaukee Bucks. My duties included filming and editing mixes, creating highlight videos for social media, helping produce pregame shows, and working on longer form videos for our youtube channel.

During my sophomore year at Marquette I was our sports producer. I created dozens of video feature stories, game recaps, and episodes of our weekly sports television show which earned an honorable mention for best college sports show in the midwest. I also often anchored the show.

Some of my other work experience includes public relations with the Milwaukee Bucks, digital content with Marquette Athletics, a columnist at the Catholic Herald, production at 105.7 FM the Fan, and a sports reporting intern at WISN channel 12, ABC's affiliate here in Milwaukee.
